ThemingProject is our own project. It is designed to help smaller companies find a suitable theme for their website. The WordPress and Joomla themes are divided into industry categories.

We crawl various marketplaces and sort the themes semi-automatically into categories. We enrich the descriptions with information that we can find out from the source code of the themes. This includes installed plugins, for example.
Various screenshots are automatically generated for each page. Translation software helps us with the descriptions.
To show customers the themes in use on real websites, we have created a crawler that automatically searches the internet for websites that have the theme installed. This mainly shows websites with a DE domain.
The framework behind ThemingProject is Laravel.
